[WICEN-Members] Cancellation of WICEN supported events: BMSC Night Howl Stages & ACTERA Brookvale Horse Endurance Ride

Good afternoon all.

A quick email to advise that both the BMSC Night Howl Stages & ACTERA Brookvale Horse Endurance Ride that were scheduled for next weekend have been cancelled due to weather and or access related issues.

This means that the next event we are confirmed for is the Fitz's challenge at the end of October, although there might be a car rally in either the Bega area or the Brindabellas in mid-October (yes as always, a clash with JOTA). At this point we are waiting for information from the organisers on their plans for the car rally and will pass this on once we get some more certainty as to which way they will be proceeding.
