Onto the admin stuff,
1. Please let me know by return email to WICEN@crarc.ampr.org what your availability is - Day, preferred times / stages, etc. 2. After letting ME know, please go to the NatCap15 website and REGISTER as a volunteer, this way the organisors know of you and can ensure your volunteer pack is prepared AND you are included for the CAMS insurance. go to: http://nationalcapitalrally.com.au/volunteers/ and under "Preferred Role just put WICEN. 3. Keep an eye out for any emails back from either myself or from the organisors.
Please get in early, as the quicker we get peoples info the better we can plan the WICEN activities, and there is a deadline with the T-Shirt people the organisors are using so if you don't get in early you may not get a T-shirt that fits !
Thanks again and I look forward to hearing from you.
Regards,
Phil Longworth VK1PL Deputy State Coordinator, WICEN ACT
