I am not sure of a "Convoy" as yet, I am going down
Friday morning and staying in Tumut Friday & Saturday nights.
The HQ location at Bondo is approx 225
KM's (2.5 hours away) from Canberra via the Hume Hwy through Gundagai and
Tumut, or 126 KM's (2.8 Hrs) via Wee Jasper, or 95 KM's (2.7 Hr's according to
Google Maps) via Brindabella Road
The "real early" stage would see you on the road
around 5.00 AM, which I think is a touch too early to head over the brindies,
how does the SS1/SS5 stage sound (Meet at 10:00 AM - out at around 5:45 PM),
that makes a 7:00 AM start from home.
I will pencil you in for that one for
now.

looking for some assistance with the Tumut Rally on Saturday, so if you

The event has
timings as follows.....
HQ will need to be
open around 07:30 - 8:00 AM with the first Meet Time for people in the field
is 8:30
Stages / timings
appear to be as follows.....
Prologue & SS3
('Hartwigs' Stage) has a meet time of 8:30 AM and a proposed finish time
around 4:45 PM
SS1/SS5 (Sandy
Creek / Argalong Stock Route) has a proposed meet time of 10:00 AM and
proposed finish around 5:45 PM
SS2/SS6
(Cotterills) has a proposed meet time of 10:30 AM and proposed finish around
6:30 PM
SS4/SS7 (Micalong
Creek) has a proposed meet time of 12:30 PM with a proposed finish around 7:15
PM
All times are in
reference to being at Bondo (approx 30 min's drive out of
Tumut).
If you have a
preference for what stage(s) you wish to do then please let me know noting
that we do need to spread across the day. I need the info back ASAP however
so I can make some intelligent decisions.
