cancel;lation of the Rallye des Femme for this year.
So thanks to all those people who volunteered, but
it looks like it's off the books for this year at least.
Please watch out for emails about other upcoming
WICEN activities however.

Due to forest access issues, we have decided to pull the pin on RDF. The risk
of not getting the final permit was just too high.
The proposal from discussions this afternoon is that the event will be run in
February and be used as a promotion for Nat Cap.
Thank you all for volunteering to help. Sorry I couldn't get this event to
happen.
