Good evening all, well the Spring WICEN time is fast approaching with the
first WICEN assisted event of Spring being the Brookvale Horse Endurance
ride on Sunday 30 September. This is a long distance horse riding event
(total distance of up to 80km) were we provide safety monitoring checkpoints
at various locations along the course. As with past years the course will be
around the Brookvale area (adjacent to Doctors Flat Rd, off Mountain Creek
Road) and into the Uriarra and Sherwood forests and will be an early start
for most people. I don't have full details yet, but we anticipate there
being around 8 checkpoints and a HQ needing to be manned - I would
anticipate between 0600 through to around 1700 on the Sunday (although some
will be finished by midday and others starting later in the morning).
This year we have moved to using google forms to collect & collate responses
rather than relying on emailed responses - as such can I ask if you can
check your calendars for your availability and complete the form at the

On submission / successful completion of the form, you should get an email
confirming the form has been submitted and a link to your response. If you
do experience any issues with the form (or don't get an email from google
forms) then please let me know.
